Loss
1.  Report to the original authority that issued the Permit on a timely basis if the Work Permit for Aliens is lost during the term of employment in Chongqing;
2.  Publish a Declaration of Lost of the Work Permit for Aliens on a recognized newspaper;
3.  The holder shall submit a written application to Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Labor and Social Security, the written Certificate of Lost provided by the Employer as well as Declaration of Lost published on the newspaper to the FIE Section for registration and re-issuance of the Work Permit for Aliens.

Damage
If the Work Permit for Aliens is damaged during the term of his employment in Chongqing, the alien should submit a written application, the written Certificate of Damage provided by the Employer as well as the damaged Work Permit for Aliens to the FIE Section for registration and re-issuance of the Work Permit for Aliens.
