(CQNEWS) The Yunyang Longgang National Geo-park, another special featured geo-park in Chongqing Municipality, opened yesterday following the Xiaonanhai Geo-park in Qianjiang and the Karst Cave in Wulong.
The park is located at the southeast area of Yunyang County, 80km from the city proper of Yunyang, occupying 192 square kilometers. Its main scenery, the "Longgang" (dragon vat), is an ellipse gulf over 335 meters deep, which ranks the third in China and fifth in the world as to depth and diameter.
