3rd annual meeting of Chongqing Mayor International Economic Advisory Panel Conference to be held in late Sept.

The General Plan of the 3rd Annual Meeting of Chongqing Mayor International Economic Advisory Panel Conference has been approved on the 16th standing conference of the Chongqing municipal government presided over by Mayor Wang Hongju yesterday. It will be held on Sept. 28 in Chongqing International Convention & Exhibition Center.
This annual meeting is themed as "Energy Saving and Emission Deduction: City Construction and Economy Development". 3 special topics will be discussed, namely the government role in energy saving and emission deduction, energy saving and emission deduction with circular economic development and that with the ecological city construction, according to Chongqing Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Commission.
Till now, all the preparations have been finished, and 25 companies have confirmed their presence with the secretariat, including the 20 mayor international economic counselors. The executive vice president of German BASF Group, a world top 500 enterprise, will also be included.
