A special expressway will be built for Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, which is being planned in detail at present, according to Chongqing Urban Planning Bureau yesterday. It will be faster and more convenient for travelers to get to the airport after the plan is finished and approved by the government. 
This expressway will surely be better than the present one, though the construction time hasn't been confirmed. According to the primary design, this north-south way will start from Jiangbei International Airport and end at the inner ring expressway, with a total length of 13.5km and 6-8 lanes in dual directions.
