The general budget revenue was RMB 25.601 billion, or 77.6% of the annul budget, increasing by 26.5% and the funds budget revenue was RMB 18.423 billion, accounting for 71.2% of the annul budget, increasing by 99.1%. The revenue at the municipal level was RMB 23.137 billion, accounting for 68.9% of the annul budget, up 48.8% and at the district and county level RMB 20.887 billion, increasing by 49.8%.

The local fiscal expenditure was RMB 47.722 billion, accounting for 47.3% of the annual budget, increasing by 32.6%. The expenditure at the municipal level was RMB 17.307 billion, increasing by 33.4% and at the district and county level RMB 30.415 billion, increasing by 32.1%.
