Injury and Death Toll of Chongqing People during the May 12 Quake (by June 12)

By 15:00 on June 12, 2008, 106 Chongqing citizens had died (1 was newly discovered), 62 had been missing (1 less than the formerly reported number) and 79 had been injured in Sichuan Province. Such persons are from 30 counties (autonomous counties) and districts of Chongqing. There is no other different information on this disaster. It is reported that the flood from Tangjiashan quake lake passed Tongnan at 19:20 on June 11, with the peak water level of 3.05 m. The adequate preparation has effectively reduced the loss arising therefrom and no person was injured or dead in it.
