The CCIBE is located in Hechuan, Chongqing, in southwest China. After more than 20 years of development, the CCIBE has formed a comprehensive development pattern of academic disciplines, with economics and management as the main body, complemented by literature, science, technology, art, and education. It has been recognized as the “National Applied Talents Cultivation Project (Training Base)” by the Ministry of Education of China and the “Smart Campus Construction Demonstration University” by Chongqing.

 We have a team of teachers who love education and have excellent professional competence, and have built a number of high-level courses and specialties, achieving excellent results in scientific research. The CCIBE actively integrates into social development, fulfills its responsibility of social citizenship, and provides intellectual support for the economic and cultural development of the region.

At the same time, the CCIBE has strengthened integration with the industry, not only establishing good cooperative relationships with many local enterprises, but also joining hands with Huawei, Tencent, Alibaba, Jingdong, SF Express, and other well-known enterprises to jointly cultivate students with rich theoretical knowledge and excellent practical abilities.

The CCIBE adheres to the principle of open education. At the beginning of its establishment, it clearly regarded internationalization as the only way for development. The CCIBE insists on the concept of “bringing in” and “going out,” encouraging teachers and students to go abroad, broaden their horizons, and improve their abilities. The CCIBE also actively attracts talented people from all over the world for exchanges and teaching. Meanwhile, the CCIBE sincerely welcomes excellent international students to study. Among the teachers, there are talents who have studied abroad and returned to China after their studies, as well as international teachers recruited from all over the world. They integrate international educational concepts into daily teaching and open windows for students to see the world.

Meanwhile, the CCIBE is committed to creating an international campus. The SICA (Students’ International Communication Association) has been established, various cultural activities and competitions such as foreign language corners, international cultural festivals, and International Chinese education competitions have been held, and numerous international courses have been offered. The CCIBE carries out various international projects, and students can participate in short-term study tours, visiting studies, etc. Students can also apply what they have learned and participate in overseas internships.

The CCIBE has also established extensive cooperative relations with various educational institutions, including universities in South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, and Russia, to build bridges for scientific research and academic exchange for teachers, and to create a platform for students to improve themselves.

Every year, more than 100 students study and live in this international community. They study Chinese here and learn about China's past, present, and future. Through this international college, they get to know China, fall in love with it, gain a better future, and build bridges of friendship between China and other countries, contributing their own strength.
