Ciqikou Ancient Town, formerly known as Longyin Town, is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, a renowned Chinese cultural-historic street, a traditional street under key protection in Chongqing, one of the “New Twelve Scenic Views of Chongqing,” and part of the Chongqing folk culture tourism circle. Located along the Jialing River in Shapingba District, Chongqing, the ancient town was built during the Song Dynasty. It features a unique landscape characterized by “one river, two streams, three mountains, and four streets,” forming a natural harbor and serving as an important water and land transportation hub along the Jialing River.
