TESTBED 2 came into the public spotlight after being featured in the film I Belonged to You. The site once housed the banknote printing plant operated by the Central Bank during the Republic of China period. As times changed, it gradually faded from public view. Fortunately, this industrial heritage site was later revitalized and transformed into the cultural and creative park it is today.
