Centered on the Guanyinqiao Roundabout,the commercial hub extends outward along Jianxin East,South, West, and North Roads.Itsurban tourism zone has a planned area of 6.8 square kilometers, including a2-square-kilometer core area.

At the heart of the commercial area is Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street—one of China’s top ten pedestrian streets, and the first commercial pedestrian street in Western China to receive a national 4A rating, a prestigious official accreditation for tourist-oriented sites across China.
