Nanping Commercial Area is one of the three core commercial areas in Chongqing’s city proper, offering a diverse mix of convention and exhibition services, tourism, corporateheadquarters, fashion retail, entertainment, and leisure. It is also the largest and most popular commercial zone in the Southern part of Chongqing’s central urban area.

The Nanping Commercial District is centered on Nanping Commercial Pedestrian Street, with four other pedestrian streets arranged around it. As one of Chongqing’s largest shopping districts, Nanping Commercial Pedestrian Street is primarily home to clothing and accessories retailers, complemented by restaurants and snack outlets.
