Standard Transit Card Application Guide
A standard transit card is an anonymous prepaid card issued in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the People’s Bank of China. The card is not registered to an individual and cannot be reported lost, but a card return service is available. The card is covered by a five-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. It can be used for fare payments on buses and rail transit in the central urban areas of Chongqing, as well as at terminals designated by the Transit Card Company.
I. Card Acquisition Process
1. Application
Applications may be submitted at the Transit Card Company’s service outlets, rail transit agent outlets, or other channels authorized by the Company. A card deposit of RMB25 is required upon application.
2. Top-Up
The card can be topped up at the Company’s service outlets, rail transit agent outlets, or authorized online top-up channels. The maximum balance allowed on the card is RMB1,000.

(1) Jiangbei Operations Center
Location: Urban Transit Card Service Hall, 1st Floor, Building A, Ideal Mansion, No. 1 Hongjin Avenue, Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing
Service Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:30-17:30
(2) Yangjiaping Operations Center
Location: No. 8-140 Yangjiaping Main Street, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing (Urban Transit Card Service Hall, Room 213, Building A, Century Covery)

(3) Beibei Operations Center
Location: Urban Transit Card Service Hall, Chengnan Bus Transit Hub, No. 218 Yunqing Road, Beibei District, Chongqing (Next to Exit 1A of Zhuangyuanbei Station on Rail Transit Line 6)
Service Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:30-17:30
(4) Nan’an Operations Center
Location: Urban Transit Card Service Hall, No. 6-12 Hubin Road, Nan’an District, Chongqing
Service Hours: Monday-Sunday, 8:30-17:30
(5) Yudong Operations Outlet
Location: Unit 10, Building 2, No. 2 Longzhou Avenue, Ba’nan District, Chongqing (Building 2, Jiangnan Huadu)

Location: Inside Sanluling Fujia Family Lifestyle Store, Near the Escalator at Exit 5 of Daping Rail Transit Station, Yuzhong District, Chongqing
