2. Organize the formulation of development strategies and policies for integrated transportation.

Organize the preparation of plans for the integrated transportation system.

Formulate development strategies, policies, and plans for railways, highways, waterways, and civil aviation.

Guide the planning and management of integrated transportation hubs.

Coordinate and balance the postal industry development strategies, policies, and plans proposed by the Chongqing Municipal Postal Administration.

3. Organize the drafting of local regulations and government rules on integrated transportation.

Coordinate the drafting of local regulations and government rules related to railways, highways, waterways, civil aviation, and postal services.

4. Formulate standards for integrated transportation.

Coordinate and align standards for different modes of transportation.
