Prohibition and Restriction on Delivery
Prohibited and restricted items include:
(1) Weapons, imitation weapons, ammunition, controlled devices and explosives;
(2) Inflammable and explosive articles;
(3) Oxidants and peroxides;
(4) Narcotic drugs and drug-taking paraphernalia, narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs for improper use, precursor chemicals for improper use, and toxic substances;
(5) Biochemical products, infectious and contagious substances;
(6) Corrosive substances and radioactive substances;
(7) All kinds of illegal publications, printed materials, audio-visual products and other materials that endanger national security and social stability;
(8) Documents, materials and other items containing state secrets;
(9) Equipment used exclusively for espionage;
(10) Forged or altered currency, securities, certificates, official seals, or other illegally forged items;
(11) Currency and securities;
(12) Infringement of intellectual property rights and counterfeit and shoddy goods;
(13) Animals and plants, especially endangered wild animals and plants and their products;
(14) Food, medicine or other items that are harmful to human and animal health, come from epidemic areas or may spread diseases;
(15) Tobacco products and alcohol;
(16) Valuable items (e.g., artworks, antiques, gemstones, and precious metals such as gold);
(17) Other prohibited items stipulated in Chinese laws and regulations.
In addition to the above-mentioned prohibited/restricted items, the courier company also has the right to refuse to deliver or suspend the delivery of the following items:
(1) Any parcel that does not provide detailed contact information of the sender and recipient;
(2) Items that are unsuitable for delivery or have not been properly described, classified, packaged, labeled, and provided with the necessary documentation for mailing;
(3) Items that are considered to be potentially hazardous to the safety of vehicles or people due to the characteristics of the product itself or its packaging;
(4) Items that are deemed unsuitable for delivery from an economic or operational perspective.
