(1) A natural person, legal person, or other organization may apply for notarization at a notarial office at their place of residence, habitual residence, place of conduct or place where the facts occurred;

(2) Applications for notarization involving real estate should be submitted to the notary office where the real estate is located;

(3) Applications for notarization involving real estate, such as powers of attorney, declarations, gifts, or wills, may be governed by the provisions of paragraph (2).
