(1) A valid passport or other international travel documents;

(2) Fill out the Visa/Stay Permit/Residence Permit Application Form and submit one photo that complies with the standards of the Guidelines for Taking Photos for Entry and Exit Documents;

(3) Documents supporting the reason for application (for details, please refer to the table below);

(4) Other procedures that shall be performed and supporting documents that shall be submitted. The originals of the relevant documents maybe submitted for examination and the photo copies retained.
