Visa Reissuance
Foreigners who apply for a visa reissuance due to the loss, damage, or theft/robbery of their current visa after entering China shall submit the following supporting documents:
(1) If your visa is lost or stolen/robbed, you shall submit a certification of passport loss report or a note from your country's embassy or consulate in China, as well as a new valid passport or other international travel documents;
(2) If your visa is damaged, you shall present the damaged passport or a note from your country's embassy or consulate in China, as well as a new valid passport or other international travel documents;
(3) If your group visa is lost, stolen/robbed or damaged, a letter of certification from the local travel agency and a photocopy of the group visa shall be submitted.
A visa can be reissued with the same type, entry validity period, stay duration and remaining valid entry counts as per the original visa.
